Our Privacy & Cookies Policy

Your Personal Information

We value your privacy as if it were our own. Therefore, when you place an order with us and provide us with your personal information, we will use it for one purpose only – to bring you your luxury, homemade fudge!

This means that we promise to only use your personal information to process your order. We don’t send out marketing emails or texts and we don’t use a mailing list. We just make your fudge and deliver it in the way that you’ve asked us to.

Where you’ve chosen delivery from us, we will pass your delivery and contact details to our courier, but only so that they can carry out your instructions. We will never pass your details to anyone else or use it for anything else.

Your personal information is stored on our behalf on a secure server by Digital Ocean – our trusted IT partner. It is only retained for as long as we legally need to keep it for HMRC purposes. Once that time period is over, it is deleted.
