Wychbold Fudge

All of our luxury, homemade fudge is produced in our family kitchen in the Worcestershire village of Wychbold. We have a range of wonderful flavours that are crafted to satisfy every taste, but we are perhaps best known for our unique and original Droitwich Salt Fudge (as seen on BBC Television)! Made using local salt harvested from pure brine springs, we are the world’s first fudge maker to use this wonderful natural ingredient to produce a stunning and unique local delicacy.

In the spring and summer months, we are also known for using seasonal, locally grown fruits to create flavoursome fresh fudges from fruit we choose and pick ourselves.

Wychbold Fudge in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support

Wychbold Fudge is a small, family business established in 2014. So when our family was affected by cancer, it not only affected us personally, but also had a major impact on our business.

However, inspired by people who came forward to offer their help & support, we resolved to make something good come from the challenge we faced – so we started a project in aid of  Macmillan Cancer Support. To date, thanks to the support of our customers and our community, we’ve been able to donate over £3000 – enough for a Macmillan Nurse to provide care to someone with cancer for a fortnight.

A very English summer fudge – Strawberries & Cream

July 6, 2016

It’s become a bit of a tradition at Wychbold Fudge that when Wimbledon starts, we make our Strawberries & Cream summer special.  So in this blog, I thought I’d tell you how this lovely seasonal flavour started in the fields of a local farm and made its way to market. The story begins at Bell’s ...

How we make Wychbold Fudge

May 5, 2016

I often get asked how we make our lovely, homemade fudge to the quality we do, in the quantities needed to meet demand. People often point out that other successful fudge makers inevitably have to move to large premises, and in so doing lose the homemade nature of their fudge. Well we made a decision very ...
